Workflow:
The light truck, carried by the AGV, arrives at the torquing station. The 3D vision system captures images of the wheel hub and locates the wheel studs. The robot holds the wheel and mounts it on the wheel hub. Then, the 3D vision system guides the robot to secure the wheel onto the studs with lug nuts. The wheel hub has six studs, and the vision-guided robot torques the lug nuts in two rounds.
