With up to 4,096 data points per profile on the X-axis*, a scan rate of up to 15 kHz*, and Z repeatability down to 0.2 µm**, it can quickly and accurately capture the tiny features of object surfaces, achieving comprehensive, high-precision inline measurement and inspection.
The Mech-Eye LNX is available in two series, the LNX-8000 and LNX-7500. These sensors meet the requirements of different scenarios in terms of field of view, precision, and scan rate, helping customers improve product quality and production efficiency. When maintaining a constant scanning range along the X-axis, the Mech-Eye LNX series outperforms conventional 3D laser profilers by providing a higher density of profile points, generating more complete, detailed, and accurate 3D data of targets. With the same sampling interval, Mech-Eye LNX can achieve full scanning coverage at ultra-high speed, quickly capturing the contours and fine details of the object surfaces.

Advanced optical design and imaging algorithms for enhanced data quality
Compared to the conventional 3D laser profiler, Mech-Eye LNX can effectively suppress interference such as blind spots and spikes and accurately image even the smallest pin tips.
Utilizing the proprietary anti-reflection algorithm, Mech-Eye LNX can effectively eliminate outliers caused by interreflection and deliver high-quality point clouds for BGA with reflective surfaces and complex structures.
The self-developed laser module of Mech-Eye LNX, equipped with a uniquely designed cylindrical lens, emits light with a wide field of view and a narrow fan angle, minimizing blind spots significantly and expanding the effective imaging area.
Mech-Eye LNX is also equipped with a self-developed large-aperture lens, which enhances received light intensity fourfold compared to conventional lenses. Its high-resolution, low-distortion design significantly improves imaging quality.
Combined with the cutting-edge imaging algorithms, Mech-Eye LNX can efficiently cope with challenging situations such as reflections, occlusions, and interreflections. Its enhanced resistance to interference enables the LNX series to generate complete and accurate point clouds, ensuring precise and reliable measurement results.

In the single-shot HDR mode, the 3D data captured by Mech-Eye LNX is more complete and detailed.
The Mech-Eye LNX series, equipped with the single-shot HDR function, makes it possible to scan both dark (low reflectivity) and reflective (high reflectivity) surfaces in one exposure and create high-quality 3D point clouds. While significantly shortening circle time, it greatly enhances compatibility with composite objects (dark and reflective), ensuring precise and reliable measurement and inspection at high production speeds.
Open interface for easy integration and future development
The Mech-Eye LNX series offers multiple models to meet the application requirements in different scenarios. We recommend the Mech-Eye LNX-8000 series for measuring fine features (e.g., dents, protrusions, etc.) and the Mech-Eye LNX-7500 series for measuring geometric features (e.g., dimensions, flatness, etc.) of the targets.
Meanwhile, the Mech-Eye LNX series provides multi-language SDK, including C++ and C#, as well as comprehensive development examples and documentation, supporting users to easily integrate into various development environments.
