
Mech-Mind upholds the principles of conducting business ethically and with integrity and applies a "Zero-Tolerance" approach towards corruption. Through active and effective measures, Mech-Mind is committed to establishing a compliance managerial system to deter and detect any acts of corruption, including actively strengthening the professional ethics of our employees.
In order to build a level playing field in the market, we also require that all entities and individuals who do business with Mech-Mind, such as suppliers, agents and customers (as "Partners") to comply with and uphold Mech-Mind's Anti-Corruption policies to restrict their business behaviors to avoid unethical behaviors, and jointly supervise Mech-Mind's employees to maintain a positive and sustainable business environment.
To strengthen Anti-Corruption supervision and management, Mech-Mind has established the Integrity Compliance Committee as our internal supreme authority to process Anti-Corruption related affairs. Under the Committee, an agency named Integrity Compliance Inspectorate Team will be in place to facilitate the handling of Anti-Corruption affairs.
In line with our commitment to ethical business practices, Mech-Mind has established an Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy, which shall be regularly disseminated and propagated to all employees and Partners to enhance their awareness of Anti-Corruption. The Policy sets out the prohibited corruption acts aiming at obtaining improper advantages, also possible penalties for violation to ensure that the violator shall be punished accordingly.
As Mech-Mind's employees, Partners or any individual or entity related, if you have any questions or know of or suspect a violation of Mech-Mind's Anti-Corruption Policy, please notify Mech-Mind by writing to compliance@mech-mind.net.
We encourage our employees, partners or any individual or entity related to report suspected violations to help improve the effectiveness of our Anti-Corruption management and your reporting will be credited. Mech-Mind will launch investigations accordingly and protect the whistleblower from threats or retaliation by keeping any reports strictly confidential.
