It produces high-quality point clouds with clear edges and comprehensive details for bolts, even in environments with significant ambient light interference.

  2. The 3D vision system allows pre-setting matching templates beforehand to accommodate various loaders and supports rapid integration of new products.  

  3. Collision detection and path planning algorithms ensure stable robotic operation.

  4. Mech-Eye PRO M-GL optimizes the bolt-tightening process by capturing the precise positions of all bolt holes on one side of the chassis in a single exposure. This eliminates the need for multiple individual captures for each bolt hole, saving time and significantly boosting overall efficiency as the robot can tighten all screws in a sequence after a single capture.
