Generate the clear and detailed point clouds of black, reflective lead-acid batteries.
Determine the battery orientation and recognize the pose and position of the batteries.
Map out the optimal multi-pick strategy to pick the maximum batteries in the same orientation with one grasp.
The vision system differentiates the tray and in-between layers to ensure the right picking after the robot depalletizes the whole pallet.
One camera works for two workstations.
