Case depalletizing is common in warehouse inbound and outbound scenarios. The traditional manual depalletizing method is inefficient due to the large number of SKUs and the heavy weight of cases. Along with the expanding scale of food factories, the demand for personnel for depalletizing has also increased, making recruitment even more difficult.  

So the client wanted to implement Mech-Mind's AI + 3D vision robotic solution. The 3D vision-guided robots should be able to recognize and pick the tightly-packed cases from the pallet one by one and place them on another pallet as required by the order.
